MA Dance & Somatic Well-Being: Connections to the Living Body in New York
MA Dance & Somatic Wellbeing:
Connections to the Living Body is a unique visionary and pioneering program offering a professional training in Dance & Somatic Movement Education. The program is on the cutting edge of contemporary international practice, exploring the creative skills required to practice with ingenuity, individuality, insight and sensitivity. All sessions are taught in the spirit of self-discovery, non-judgment and self-reflexivity. The course is facilitated through open-ended processes of self-discovery and sensory-imaginal heart-centred educative models. MA graduates are qualified to a register as a Somatic Movement Educator.

They say home is where the heart is, well M.A.D.D. Rhythms is looking for a new place to call home, where we can do what our hearts love to do ... TAP.
In your travels if you see a vacant location or if you know of a location that is currently available please let us know. We are looking to set up shop and throw down some wood.
We are open to new partnerships and any out of the box ideas you may have. We just want the freedom to grow and prosper with our beloved art form! We would love to remain on the south side and in the community, but we will go where we are wanted.

"Performing Arts Training Today" is the professional conference open to performers, performing arts educators and teachers from all over the world interested in the research of topical questions and processes in contemporary performing arts education and training.
The conference is open to different art genres, techniques and forms: theatre, dance, music, circus, visual and multimedia art.
At the moment the Conference is accepting presentation proposals.
Participants: actors, directors, choreographers, dancers, performing arts educators, teachers, musicians, singers, composers, stage designers, painters, mask makers, multimedia artists, scriptwriters, playwrights, theatre critics, journalists and arts managers.
You are welcome to take part in the conference as a Speaker, Presenter, Participant or Observer!
The working language is English.
